How do I book online?
By accessing http://www.centralr.com you can search for any hotel that suits your particular needs. From there you can follow the easy-to-use steps to complete the booking process.
How many people can I book for?
There is a general limit of 20 rooms that you can book simultaneously. However, if you have additional requirements, you should contact a member of our customer service team and they will be happy to facilitate you in any way possible.
How do I cancel a reservation?
From our homepage you can log on to your personal reservation settings using the unique password and log in that we mailed to you. From here you can click the "View/Cancellation" link and then complete the process by clicking the cancellation button below your reservation details.
What if I need to extend my stay or book more rooms?
If you require additional rooms or would like to extend your stay at the hotel you can once again book through CentralR and quote your original reservation number.
Can I book over the phone or by email?
Yes of course, although all mail and telephone bookings must be accompanied by a valid credit card.
Do I need to book in advance?
Not necessarily! advance booking is always recommended to assure availability but it is certainly possible to book on the same day as your arrival date.
What happens with my booking deposit?
This is used to secure the reservation with your chosen hotel
What credit cards can I book with?
When booking through CentralR, you can use Laser, MasterCard, Visa, Switch and American Express to secure your reservation and all bookings are 100% secure.
If I don't have a credit card, can I still book?
We generally require a valid credit card to secure a reservation but if the booking is far enough into the future, then a cheque can be used also.
Does the name on the credit card have to match the name on the reservation?
Not necessarily. However, if the name on the credit card does not match the reservation, we will require that you fax us a copy of the front and back of the card used as well as the CCV digits.
Is it safe to use my credit card on CentralR.com?
Yes. We use the very latest, and most powerful, encryption technology to protect your personal data. All information passed through our site - for instance, your credit card details - is encrypted, making it virtually impossible to read.
Can you check availability for me?
You can check availability by using the search function on our hotel database. This will show rates, availability and other useful information about the hotel. If you are unsure about any of this you can of course contact us and we would be delighted to help you.
Can you give me directions and contact details of a hotel before I book?
As with above, you can find some very helpful information regarding the hotel you wish to book by using the search function on our homepage. As well as an address and list of the hotel's amenities you can also find some useful information regarding its proximity to the local landmarks and tourist hot spots. If you require any additional information then it would be best to contact the hotel directly as they would have standard directions that they can mail or fax to you.
Do you recommend a specific browser for your site?
There are many browsers that are compatible with CentralR.com, most notably Internet Explorer version 6 or higher, Firefox, and Opera. There are many versions of Netscape that also work very well.
Would it be cheaper to book with the hotel directly?
Yes, but only if you are booking hundreds of rooms per week. What makes CentralR so special is that we generate hundreds of reservations each day for our hotels, which allows you to benefit from the discounts.
