The Whipper-Inn is a charming hotel located in the county of Rutland, more precisely, on the Marquet Square of Oakham. Rutland is Britain's smallest county.
The Whipper –Inn was a coaching Inn back in the seventeenth century and nowadays is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, partly thanks to the traditional features that the guest can find in the hotel such as real fire places or deep armchairs to relax in.
The building has kept all the character with ancient oak beams that complement the fabrics in warm tones used in the decoration of the Whipper-Inn.
The Whipper-Inn is well located, only a short distance from the A1 and M1 and it has two great restaurants where to have a lovely meal.
