Waterford Manor Hotel is a 21st Century haven of charm. Built as the residence of the Bishop of Waterford in 1730, it lies nestled in 16 acres of mature parklands ideal for relaxing and refreshing walks. Although we are set in a peaceful and picturesque setting, Waterford Manor Hotel is situated only 5km from Waterford City, Waterford Crystal and adjacent to the wonderful Mount Congrieve Gardens. The hotel is also located 12 km from Waterford Airport so no matter where you are situated, you will find you can access Waterford Manor Hotel easily. Accommodation at Waterford Manor hotel is sympathetic to the style and age of the building. The hotel has 21 en-suite bedrooms which are all spacious in size and comprises of twin rooms, deluxe double rooms and three suites. Included in each room is a: TV, Trouser Press, Tea/Coffee Making Facilities, Telephone and ISDN line. Waterford Manor Hotel's Dining experience can be both formal and informal. The Bishop's Restaurant is a formal dining experience delivering delicious and wholesome food served with creative flair using fresh, local ingredients including some from our own gardens. Opening hours for Bishops Restaurant are 7pm-9m nightly and 12:30pm-3pm for Sunday lunch. For less formal yet intimate dining, the Brasserie with its own bar serves carvery lunch daily.This bright and airy restaurant with its warm and welcoming atmosphere can also be adapted as a function room for small parties. Waterford Manor Hotel is equipped in catering for any occasion that may arise. Be it a Christening, 21st or Company BBQ, our chef and event organiser can create a menu and atmosphere that you desire. Weddings at Waterford Manor Hotel are a delightful affair. Our function room can accommodate up to 300 guests and is also equipped with a large dance floor. The surrounding hotel gardens are the perfect setting for wedding photos and whilst the bride and groom have their pictures taken, their guests can relax in our bar and sitting room with a large open fire or indeed during the summer guests can stroll around the grounds. Waterford Manor Hotel is unique in the fact that they have the only free-standing Conference and Business Centre in Waterford. The Conference and Business Centre can accommodate up to 600 delegates and our 5 syndicate rooms can adjust in size depending on your conference size. The delegates can be provided the following services: ISDN lines, screens, flip charts, business services and a PA system. Refreshments are also available for delegates, ranging from tea/coffee and scones to a full lunch.
