| This detached villa is surrounded by its own garden and has a private swimming pool at the rear (South) of the house. Downstairs you will find a large Living room with its open fireplace and French windows that open onto lovely views of Lagos Marina and the Atlantic Ocean from the swimming pool, terrace and peaceful back garden, a modern and large fully fitted kitchen and a Twin en-suite bedroom with access to terrace, pool and garden.
Upstairs there are two more en-suite bedrooms; the master bedroom comes with a double bed and with bathtub in the bathroom. Both rooms have their own access to sun terrace on the first floor with beautiful views to the sea and city. All bedrooms have ample wall mounted wardrobe space. As the villa is situated in Lagos centre a car is not really necessary.
