GROUP POLICY
The Western Hotel does not accommodate groups of 8 or more people.
The hotel advises the booker to contact the hotel before proceeding with a group reservation
The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate groups larger than 8 in the following cases;
1)The hotel believes the booking may prejudice the reputation of the hotel
2)The hotel believes that the group could behave in a way considered detrimental, offensive or contrary to expected standard behaviour.
3)In the circumstances where the booking was made through a third party or under false pretences
Should the group be excepted, a security deposit in the form of cash or credit card pre-authorisation for E150 per room is required on check-in. Furthermore we require a signed statement that all damages exceeding this amount will be covered by the primary booker. This deposit is refunded on departure if no damage has occurred
