| The Stand House Hotel is Ideally situated in the heart of The Curragh. The Curragh racecourse is right across the road which makes it the perfect choice for racing weekends for all racing fans & punters alike. The Curragh offer plenty for people who love exploring on foot and a good variety of golf courses is located around the area. The National Stud Farm & Japanese Gardens is a must on every tourist's list and is located less than 5 miles from us. Both Newbridge & Kildare towns has trainstations so we are easy to reach. Dublin is only about 30-40 minutes drive from the hotel & the K- Club only 30 minutes drive. Newbridge has a newly opened shopping centre with a very wide selection of shops. The hotel itself is just as diverse and caters for the business man & whole family. We have a variety of conference rooms, private dining areas and function rooms that caters for up to 400 people. The Leisure Centre boasts a 20 m deck swimming pool, sauna jacuzzi, plung pool, kiddies pool, steamroom & fully equiped gymnasium.
