Sydney is an extremely diverse city that covers an area that spans over an extensive area. With a population of just over 4 million people it is the largest city in Australia, and one of the fastest growing. A colourful history convicts – were first transported to Sydney and New South Wales from England between 1788 –1840. The city of Sydney was officially born in 1842.
