John's dishes are all freshly cooked to order and he sources as many ingredients as possible from local artisan producers. Martina tends to the organic vegetables and herbs that are grown in the family's Potager Garden.

Guestrooms have been individually designed with homely comforts and an atmosphere of unhurried luxury in mind. The library, cozy bar with its open turf fire and the flower garden are all perfect for a relaxing read or enjoying a Guinness in the afternoon before dinner.
