Right in the heart of vibrant Manchester on the popular Oxford Road, sits the iconic four-star Palace Hotel with its distinctive clock tower that towers over the Manchester skyline.

The landmark building of The Palace began life back in 1885, as the headquarters of the refuge Assurance. Designed by the eminent Victorian architect Alfred Waterhouse, the building is ornately gothic with richly glazed decorative tiles, paneling and plasterwork. Principal Hotels have transformed this landmark building into a four-star luxury hotel and its current £7 million refurbishment further ensures that the charisma and charm of the Grade II listed building continues.
