 Marrakesh (Land of God) is the capital of the Marrakech-Tensift-El Haouz area and the third biggest city of Morocco.
The city is known by its largest traditional market in Morocco and one of the busiest squares in the world, Djemaa el Fna. In the day time the square is full of street performers, storytellers and musicians.
At night it hosts food stands and turns into a massive outdoor restaurant.
Marrakech unites an old city - the médina and a modern city - Gueliz. The city is served by Ménara International Airport (RAK).
