Our Weeping Elm restaurant supports the 'Slow Food' ethos with much of the soft fruit, vegetables and herbs coming from the Walled Garden - designed to enhance the gastronomic delights already present in the kitchen. Our seaside setting provides fresh fish and seafood, while rich local farmland produces specialities like Donegal lamb.

We have been recognized in the Food & Wine Awards, Bridgestone Guide and have been awarded Country House of the Year by Georgina Campbell's Ireland – The Guide. We have also won the Moreau Chablis Fish Dish and Feile Bia Egg Dish.
