Hotel Reservations made through CentralR.com are guaranteed to be the lowest rate you can find. If there is a lower rate available for the same dates and the same hotel, you must contact us within 24 hours of booking your hotel.

We will either refund your deposit or cancel the reservation(s) without penalty. This guarantee only applies to the same date, room type and hotel. To learn more or to claim a guarantee, read below.

What are the requirements for claiming the Best Price Guarantee?

  • You must have already booked accommodation with CentralR.com
  • The completed Best Price form must be submitted within 24 hours of the confirmed booking.
  • The lower rate must be available for booking with identical specifications of the original request (e.g.: same hotel, same date and same room type).

If I am able to confirm a lower rate, how do I contact you?

  • Fill out the CentralR.com on-line Best Price Guarantee form.

How do we refund your deposit?

  • We refund directly to the credit card used to make the booking. The credit will usually appear on your statement within 7-10 business days.
