 Perla Hotel opened in July 2007. First records of the house in which is set the property date from the 15th century. Through the time, the building was subject to several reconstructions. In the 20th century, its demolition was rejected. Between 1939 and 1940, a late functionalist style building was constructed on the site.
Today, Perla Hotel offers modern accommodation in the heart of Prague. It is situated at a few steps only from the famous Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square, close to Prague major attractions.
Perla Hotel provides 64 air-conditioned rooms. These rooms are comfortable and equipped with all modern comforts. The property also features a café bar, fitness and sauna facilities. It has been granted with the third Best of Realty award 2007.
