How much does it cost to become a CentralR.com affiliate?
There are no costs involved for the partner. Our program is based on revenue sharing, so we pay a commission for each hotel reservation that is made via the CentralR.com booking engine on an affiliate site.
I already have a hotel section on my site; can I offer a selection of CentralR.com's hotel offering on my website?
Yes, it's very easy to include us in your hotel offering as you can link directly to countries, cities and individual hotel links.
Where should I place the link on my website?
The key is to make the link visible to your target audience. The link should be in a prominent position on your homepage and navigation bar. Adding the link at the end of any transaction process that is travel related on a site is also of great benefit as it can increase your conversion by cross selling.
How can I track my bookings and commissions?
Affiliate partners can monitor the individual bookings in real time. They can access their account online and monitor the overall statistics regarding bookings and commissions on a 24/7 basis. This is updated regularly with the latest information.
How does CentralR.com track partners reservations?
Each affiliate is provided with their own unique ID number which is contained in all links. This unique ID ensures that all hotel reservations made via the CentralR.com system on an affiliate site are associated to the affiliate.
Can you explain the commission structure?
We guarantee to pay commission on all realized bookings, according to a commission split model. The percentage is related to the commission we receive from the hotel so you will enjoy the maximum benefit when we improve our commission terms with hotels. The model is performance related, the more bookings an affiliate generates, the more the commission the affiliate earns.
How and when do you pay me the earned commissions?
We pay commissions to affiliate partners in Euros via a bank transfer. Payments are made on a monthly basis provided the minimum amount due is EUR 300. Where the commission due is less than EUR 300, payment will be made on a quarterly basis.
