We would not recommend you to use a car since the location of the hotel (Acropolis) has been transformed to pedestrian precinct and it will be very difficult to find a parking space (parkings are very expensive in the area) but if you insist:

take the Attiki odos motorway towards Elefsina and then take the exit No 11 (Kiffisias) towards Athens. Then follow the Kiffisias Avenue which turns to Vassilisis Sofias Avenue and then turns in to Vassileos Constadinou. Turn right at Vassilikos Olgas Avenue and then left to Vassilisis Amalias Avenue. The hotel is located on your right hand at the Dionisiou Aeropagitou pedestrian precinct which leads to the Acropolis.

Alternatively, take the Subway from the Airport towards the terminal Monastiraki. Get off at Syntagma station. Then take the red line towards Agios Dimitios and get off at the Acropolis Station. The hotel is a 150 meters walk.

The hotel is placed at the foothill of the Acropolis next to the Ancient city of Athens (Plaka) which is full of tavernas, cafes and clubs. You are in the heart of Athens and everything is so close to visit.
