Apartment is fully serviced with living room, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning and central heating, large King size or individual beds, spacious closet rooms, flat screen 32 inches HDTV and modern appliances to make you feel at home like a Madrid local. Situated on a corner this building is full of natural light and all apartments open out to balconies with views over the street. At the building entrance there is a reception, with concierge service during your stay. There is a new large elevator access, and all bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning of the apartment upon departure is not included in the nightly rate and costs 35 € to be paid in cash upon arrival. There is a fee for late check-ins after 22.00 of 15 €. There is a secure deposit of 150 € that will be refunded on your check out and can be paid with credit card.
