The are within easy walking distance of many of the visitor attractions that Liverpool has to offer including the Albert Dock with its Tate Gallery and range of shops, celebrity bars and restaurants, the Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre, and the New L1 shopping area.

Other visitor attractions located nearby include the Bluecoat Gallery, Catholic and Anglican Cathedrals, Walker Art Gallery, Empire, Playhouse, and Royal Court Theatres, and the cities magnificent waterfront.
The apartments are within 10 – 15 minutes walk of Lime Street railway station, just fifteen minutes by car from Liverpool John Lennon Airport, and three miles from football stadia at Anfield (Liverpool FC) and Goodison Park (Everton FC). Please note however that travelling times to football stadia can vary on match days!
