The restaurant Melanosporum, responded to a philosophy where patrons can enjoy a wide range of Flavors, textures and products that our chef, Alberto Vincent, offers in their menues, whose creativity and approach is accentuated in much of his work with the intense and distinctive flavor of the truffle, Tuber Melanosporum.
In our restaurant you can choose between a fixed price meal and Tasting Menu (7 dishes), or venture into new experiences with our extensive Menu. Moreover you can choose between our variety of our more than 70 references of the best wines of Spain.
The 39 rooms available to the hotel are all set in the same Intimate atmosphere, warm and gracious host, but each acquiring its Character by available space and variety of paintings and graphics. Our rooms, equipped with everything you need: heating, air Conditioning, flat-screen television (satellite), telephone, Pillows a la carte, minibar, safe, internet connection (WiFi), and bathroom complete with hair dryer, towels, slippers and bathrobe.
