 Valencia is famous for Las Fallas, a festival that takes place from March 12th to march 19th. On almost every squares of the city, huge papier-mâché sculptures are raised then burned on the last day of the festival.
In the old Valencia city centre, can be found two main monuments: the Cathedral and its 51 meters high tower, 'el Miquelet'. There construction started in the 14th century.
