 The Hotel : A family story
Two brothers came from a small village in the centre of France , and decided to build two hotels in opposite Parisian sites in order not to be competitors…
With Art & deco architecture, the Lutece hotel is located 5 minutes by walk from the exposition park, Porte de Versailles. Since four generations, we welcome you in a warm-heart atmosphere.
In a quiet street, we are near by Montparnasse, St Germain des Pres and Concorde

 Discover the genuine Paris with its streets, its gardens, its coffee shops, ilts markets… Only two hundred metres from Paris Porte de Versailles, near Parc des expositions and the 'Palais des Sports' (the show hall) on the river left side.
The hotel features 37 charmingly and comfortable rooms, some of them with magnificent views over the roofs of Paris and Eiffel Tower.
Each room offer a private bathroom, television (French channels), telephone and a free Wifi connection.
Hair dryers are on request.
