The Main Building (Duke of Loulé's Palace),acquired by the Albatroz group in 1982, and after an 18 month period of works of remodeling and extension of previous installations, the Palace of the Dukes of Loulé, then known as 'Almond Box', was built in 1873 and was home of several families until the '60s, when it opened its doors to Tourism, with the name of Albatroz Inn. At that time, it had 11 rooms, one dining room, a bar and a nice lawn, replaced by a pool some years later.

The Palace Building (House of D. António of Lancastre). The Albatroz Palace (across the street), was bought in the year 2000. At first named
House of D. Antonio of Lancastre (the first owner); this house was built in the XX century and keeps its architectural Italian style. Also known as 'the house of the yellow ceilings', it has a beautiful balcony with arches and columns facing the sea.

The Yellow Building ('Asse das Tres' House)With the acquisition of this Yellow House next door in 2003, the Hotel extended once again its number of rooms and meeting rooms. Originally called 'Asse das Três', it was built in the foreland of the same name, in 1922,by D. Nuno Miguel d'Almada e Lancastre. D. Nuno didn't have children, so the house was donated to his godson Bernardo Manuel Pinheiro Espirito Santo Silva. The House belonged to the Espirito Santo family until the year 2000, when it was sold to some foreigners and then (in 2002) to the Albatroz Hotel (Group).

The White Building bought in 2004 and launched in the summer of 2005, the White House was the most recent acquisition of the Group. Keeping the façade of a real beach 'Chalet', the house was perfectly integrated with the other historical buildings. The natural solarium and the lawn were enlarged allowing even better panoramic views, especially from the suite(duplex) on the top floor of the building.
