A little nearer to home is Ballycotton village, five minutes drive and maybe have lunch at our sister hotel the Bayview before heading off on the spectacular Ballycotton Cliff walk.
There’s also fishing, water sports, quad biking, the famous Ballymaloe Cookery School and horse-riding all within a few minutes of the hotel.
