The island of Menorca is part of the Group of islands called Baleares. It a landscape that changes from sandy beaches to grassy meadows with stone walls. Much of the land is sprinkled with T-shaped monoliths, rock piles and tombs that date from several thousand years ago. Menorca unquestionably has a very strong personality, very different to the rest of the ballearic islands.
