Jaen is one of the big cities from Andalucia. Located at the north, this is a city rich in history, full of monuments, such as it's cathedral buitl back in the 16th century or the Moorish castle, now converted into a Parador. Jaen it's best known for its olive trees in contrast with the orange color of the soil which dominate the landscape.
