Our first impressions of the hotel, from our first step, was that the hotel was organised very well. On arrival, we were met with a friendly smile from the receptionist who then kindly directed us to our room. Throughout the duration of our stay, we found the hotel room outstanding in terms of cleanliness, decoration and the available facilities at hand. I must also mention the quality of the food at the Christopher North. Travelling throughout Europe, I have been sceptical about the food in hotels from previous experience, however, having breakfast and dinner once, the cuisine was superb. The dinner in particular, was freshly made from 'home made' recipes and the service was excellent. All in all, my Partner & I enjoyed our long weekend at the Christopher North in Edinburgh (well located; though weather was unsettled to be expected in Scotland)and would very much consider this hotel in the near future. |
