The Catalonia Zaragoza Plaza building is from the Modernist period and was built at the turn of the 20th century. Designed by the architect Julio Bravo, its three facades are beautifully adorned with forged metal and stone plant and floral motifs which surround the windows and balconies. Zaragoza's Tourist Board lists the building as a local attraction.

Catalonia Zaragoza Plaza has 66 rooms –8 of which can be connected and 2 of which are connecting suites–, all with air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar and marble bathrooms fully equipped with hair dryer, telephone and heating.
