Centurion offers two different eating venues; Cubros Bar and Restaurant, set on the northern escarpment of the Mendip hills Cubros Conservatory boasts views that are rarely beaten. Chefs prepare menus with a difference, from traditional Sunday lunch carvery to light, healthy lunches, and for dinner a choice of innovative modern English cuisine all set in a welcoming, relaxed and unique setting. Jays Bar a more relaxed and informal atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy some of the bar snacks on offer, whilst soaking up the atmosphere.

The recently enlarged Fitness Centre contains the most 'up to date' Cardio Vascular and resistance equipment, complete with sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, exercise pool and aerobics area. The Fosseway Golf Club, founded in 1971 is a 9-hole course. The parkland course is well maintained and well established with many of the fairways lined by an abundance of mature trees. It has earned a fantastic reputation for offering both a challenging and interesting round of golf to suit players of all levels and abilities.
