Directions from Dublin via Limerick
From the Red Cow Roundabout take the exit onto the N7 signposted The South (N8, N9). Continue and join the Motorway M7 (signposted Limerick, Cork) You will pass through Borris-in-ossory At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N7 (signposted Limerick) At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the N7 (signposted Limerick) At third roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N7 (signposted Limerick). Continue through Moneygall , Toomevara , Carrigatoher, Birdhill and Lisnagry At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the R445 (signposted Limerick)
On the outskirts of Limerick, at the Annacotty Roundabout take the 1st exit onto the dual carriageway (signposted Cork & Waterford). Travel for 5 km (3.5 miles) till you see the N24 exit off the dual carriageway. (Signposted Tipperary / Waterford) At the top of the exit ramp turn left on to the N24 and follow this for approximately 35 kms (21 miles) You will pass through the villiages of Pallasgreen, Oola and Monard. Ballykisteen Hotel and Golf Resort is 1.5 km beyond Monard on the right hand side.

From Galway take the N6 then right onto the N18 following the signs for Limerick. At Gort turn right onto the N18 and you will pass through Ennis town. Drive straight through Ennis town towards Limerick. At the first roundabout in Limerick go straight through taking the 2nd exit onto the Ennis Road. Stay in the right hand lane and at the first set of traffic lights go straight through staying on the Ennis Road. Go Straight over the Sarsfield Bridge and the traffice lights go straight through onto William Street. Continue straight up this road and onto the N24. Any roundabouts you come to go straight through and you will be on the tipperary road (N24). You will pass through the villiages of Pallasgreen, Oola and Monard. Directions from Shannon via Limerick
From Shannon take the N18 into Limerick. At the first roundabout in Limerick go straight through taking the 2nd exit onto the Ennis Road. Stay in the right hand lane and at the first set of traffic lights go straight through staying on the Ennis Road. Go Straight over the Sarsfield Bridge and the traffice lights go straight through onto William Street. Continue straight up this road and onto the N24. Directions from Waterford
From Waterford take Terminus Street (N9) which is sign posted Dublin/Limerick. Stay on the N9 for the Dublin/Limerick Road and then branch left onto the N24 signposted for Limerick. Stay on the N24 passing through Mooncoin, Carrick-on-Suir, Kilsheelan. At Killheffernan roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N24 (Limerick). Continue on the N24 and enter into Cahir. Stay on the N24 and you will come into Bansha and Tipperary Town. Drive straight through Tipperary heading towards Limerick and we are approximately 4 km from Tipperary Town on the right hand side.
Directions from Cork
From Cork continue forward onto St Patricks Bridge – N8. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N8 (signposted Dublin, Rosslare. At Dunkettle Interchange branch left, then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N8 (signposted Dublin). Continue on the N8 passing through Rathcormac, Fermoy, Mitchelstown, Kilbehany. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N24 (signposted Tipperary, Limerick). Continue on the N24 entering Bansha and then Tipperary Town. Drive straight through Tipperary heading towards Limerick and we are approximately 4 km from Tipperary Town on the right hand side.
