 Baglio Conca d' Oro is located in Monreale Hamlet, at only 2km from Palermo in the beautiful Sicily.
Monreale boasts an impressive cathedral built between 1172 and 1176 by order of Guglielmo II. Part of the cathedral, San Castrenze, San Benedetto and SS. Crocifisso chapels are real gems. SS. Crocifisso chapel features a splendid example of Baroque style blended marbles. The royal tomb of Guglielmo can also be found inside the cathedral.
